Well, what do you know, I went to Bon Odori again with EMiNA Melaka again this year. I thought last year was my last with them, haha. Oh well, wasn’t really looking forward to Bon Odori, but I was rather looking forward to the trip before Bon Odori. Surprisingly, this year EMiNA decided to go to a different place, called The Curve. I’ve never been there, so I guess its worth a shot going with EMiNA.

Oh, before I forgot, things that I shouldn’t have brought :

- extra clothes
- My discman
- My digital Camera

Note that NONE of these pictures posted are mine. They belong to Aizat, ALL of them. That’s why I listed things that I shouldn’t have brought was my digi cam. ^^;; Enough chatter, on to Bon Odori !

I hope next time someone please remind me to NEVER come on time when it comes to gathering. I didn’t slept the whole day before Bon Odori. Why ? I couldn’t sleep, and I don’t know why I couldn’t sleep. So, I was planning to ZzzzZ all the way in the bus…but I just couldn’t. I don’t know. Anyway, I arrived at MMU around 7.15am, and only to found out that they were leaving around 8.20pm. =_____='’ Gah…just got to try and sleep in the bus I guess. Here’s some pictures Aizat took.

We arrived around 11.45am, since we stopped for breakfast break. Yeah, this year EMiNA decided not to give food on the bus to save money. When we arrived, all of us we blur, because none of us apparently has ever been to The Curve, except a few. All my concern is to find some anime shop so I can find some figurines to buy. This is one of my purposes coming to the Bon Odori trip besides buying the food later at Bon Odori, as well as meeting with old friends. So, off to The Curve !

And turned out that there was only a few shops selling anime merchandise stuff…and the choices was too limited. Yes, in the end, I end up not buying anything…whereas Nazrin and I was looking forward to buy something. T___T

Geh…so the whole geng decided to take a walk around The Curve, see what else does this place offer. Visited some pet shop, but apparently we can’t take pictures in there. I was quite amazed to see the animals there, especially the price tags too.

I was bored too death…and was already feeling hungry. That time was already 1pm, and we still haven’t had our lunch. Where we had our lunch ? At A&W. ^^;

Yeah, great place to eat for a trip eh ? Ahem, anyway, after our lunch, Aizat and Wilz wanted to show me to IKEA. I never been to IKEA, so what the heck, why not ? Yup, it turned out to be an interesting place after all. However, the one who enjoyed himself most was definitely Wilz.

Huh ? Me ? Bored ? Not really, just posing there, honest.

Turned out the IKEA trip had worn my legs out, and I wanted to just rest till the bus arrives. So, I went to pray, and go wait at the meeting place. I took my own path, and I met back with Aizat. We then went to Baskin Robbins to relax while waiting for the bus to arrive. However, ahem, I kinda took too long apparently, so we were a little late. ^^; Anyway, pictures !

Around 4.15pm, we moved from The Curve ( FINALLY ! ) to the Panasonic stadium. Yeah, the name has already changed, I still forget why even though have been told about a few times.

We were late, because the bus driver took a wrong turning…we could have arrived around 5pm, instead we arrived 5.30pm. Once arrived, I called Nikki to rendezvous with her and the geng. I meet up with some Cyberians, including Navin, Shahril, aizat1900, and…others I don’t really know. ^^; Nothing much happened at Bon Odori, just had some fun eating and chatting with my friends. Oh, I spend RM 70+, quite less than last year. Hmm…anyway, pictures.

Oh, this next picture is funny. Apparently Ivan was taking a random picture of the guards, but when we look at it back, it looked like he was posing. XD

Anyway, this year I decided not to join the dance, because I just want to rest and enjoy myself. Yeah, the dance is fun and enjoyable, but this year I just don’t feel like going for the dance, as well as snapping pictures ! I didn’t even open and take out my digi cam, not EVEN ONCE. I really shouldn’t have brought it…^^;; Nothing much happen even until night, where I just sit and had random chat with Navin, Shavern, Aizat, Nazrin, Ivan and Nikki.

Well, I guess that’s about all the pictures that I need to post up. Most of them are basically the same like previous years, so I’m kinda lazy to post it up. Oh, last but not least, here’s to Hsia-Liang ( who Aizat and I now call traitor ) and his girlfriend. ^^

If you notice the second last picture, we were not doing Kamehama or something. We just asked Hsia-Liang to turn the camre straight. ^^;; Anyway, after the Bon Odori, gather back at the meeting spot, went back and arrived around 12.30am. We went for a short Yum Cha session until 2am, and I reached home around 2.35am. Shower and went straight to sleep around 3am.

Overall ? Bon Odori this year was so-so, the most weak trip of all the Bon Odori I ever been if I may add. This might be the last time for a while, because I have no more interest in going to Bon Odori anymore, since its the same thing over and over again, unless I get a girlfriend to enjoy with. Maybe every 2 years I will go, but definitely not going next year.
