Just like last year, this year another special post to end 2006 and welcome 2007.

Well, here we are, a few hours later the clock will strike to 12am, and that will mark the end of 2005. Throughout the year 2006, I’m pretty sure you guys experience many things throughout this whole year, either is good or bad, memorable or painful, sad or happy, forgettable or unforgettable moments. I would like to take this opportunity to look back at certain memorable events that happen in my life this year. Without further ado, I present to you, the summary of events in my life for year 2006 !

January 2006
A visit from an old dead friend. Nah, Shafik came back to our apartment to get his stuffs.

Febuary 2006
A hell load of problems happened in our house. Personal and studies problems all arise together. Lucky, there was a stress reliever, EMiNA GACC member BBQ. It was really a stress reliever, and the starting point to get things back on track. Got thrown & throw people into the sea, played fun games, buried alive, it was fun and memorable.

March 2006
What else could be the main event of March other than Games Anime Comic Circle 2006, EMiNA’s first ever huge event that took place in Exam Hall Melaka. It was really an unforgettable experience. It was also the first time I emceed a big event, and I’m glad people enjoyed it. Almost broke my shoulder in return after being thrown off stage. However, thanks to that, I manage to meet “her”, the beautiful lady in my dreams…only to not know her name…

I would say this event was the second highlight of my year.

Other so not worth things to mention that I got locked in my room with Aizat, and I didn’t shower the whole day because there was no water.

April 2006
For this month, there are 3.

But overall, Trinite must be the highlight. Why ? Because I get to see Jaclyn Victor live and upfront. Took a hell a lot of pictures until my battery died out.

GACC appreciation dinner. Why this is a highlight ? I guess because I played around with Loo Mun when I gave her present by bowing. An embarrassing moment when I think about it back.

The last one must be MMU awards 06. Even though we didn’t win, I still had a fun time spending time with my friends.

Fooled around with Loo Mun on the way back, which was a funny scene.

May 2006
EMiNA appreciation dinner perhaps ? I guess not so, though it wasn’t as memorable I expected. Somehow, the mood didn’t felt right that day. However, it was the first time I tasted wasabi, and I’m glad Nikki recorded that scene. THAT was memorable.

July 2006
EMiNA club registration week, and I’m glad we manage to beat last year’s record. Also, after keeping my hair from May, people finally know how I looked in my IC, so stop asking for my IC. *stares at certain individuals*

AGM wasn’t as memorable as last year, suprisingly.

I received my first ever birthday bash by my EMiNA friends. I was very happy, and they even bought me presents. Thanks guys, I will cherish all these gifts and the memories.

Bon Odori is a must for me, so this year I still went. However, being my last Bon Odori, it wasn’t as nice as I expected, suprisingly. Oh, this time no taking pictures of Yukata ladies, screw that.

August 2006
EMiNA’s first member gathering, which I had high expectations. However, it was as fun as EMiNA’s GACC BBQ, but still had it’s moments, like almost burned my finger and being thrown into the sea once again, however, this time in the night.

Almost lost my glasses, and poor Aizat, he LOST his glasses after being thrown into the sea.

Oh, before some go and ask me, there is no Cry for Independences 2006 okay !?

The Independence Special Yam however was still avalilable. Still ths same ammount of people who went, but with different people. We had lots of fun, chatting until 5 am till the morning.

Ocotober 2006
This is not only the highlight event of this year, but it was a spiritual journey as well. Forced to choose between exams or religion, I choose to leave behind my final examination and go to the Holy Land Mekkah, a place where all Muslim dreamed to go. Seeing indeed is believing, as I spend 2 weeks in the holy land, where there you will the close to God. It was a humble and overwhelming experience for me.

December 2006
No CF trip for me this year, as my cousin’s wedding was the highlight.

Yup, the girl in white is my cousin. Pretty eh ? However, this was also the month where I made history, as I drove “my” trusty Kelisa 9 hours at 9.30PM all the way to Alor Star. Scared but exciting I would say.

Well, those are all the memorable events that happened to me during this year. Hopefully next year will be filled with more great events and memories. Just like “Tiger Woods” said in the Dave Chappel show said, “So long fried rice, hello fried chicken. I love you guys !”

Nah, just kidding.

I hope that year 2007 will be another year where it will be filled with good and wonderful memories.

Goodbye 2006, welcome 2007 !
