.:: Kid’s Ice-Box ::.

This will be my last Bon Odori going with EMiNA Melaka, so I do hope I make some wonderful memories as well as enjoy my time. Well…I would say I did enjoyed myself, tho without problems and conflict. This year I would rate my enjoyment as so-so. My best year for Bon Odori was 2005 without a doubt. My enjoyment this year was meeting with my EMiNA Cyber friends, meeting with Xanseviera, buying the food there ( spent all my RM 100 on the food :p.. ) and joining the dance. ^^ The bad part ? Problems with the bus, and being alone for most of the time.

Anyway, let’s start !

I woke up 6.30am in the morning. I was suppose to be there by 7am, but that’s impossible now, since I have to shower, pray and go to Wilson’s house to get the food and water. So, I arrived at campus around 7.15am, after going to Wilson’s house. There were a few members there. Parked my car at the Main Hall and straight away went to President Square. Kay Lyn was already taking attendance. Later, the crowd grew, and by 7.35pm, I think most of the members were already there.

However, Benny, the Director was no where to be seen. The outside bus arrived at 7.45am, and by that time, 98% of the members already came. 8am, all the members arrived, as well as the buses, but our Director was no where to be seen…He came around 8.10am, as well as Zhi Kang who came along after that. So, instead of departing at 8am, we end up departing at 8.30am…

In the bus, nothing much happen, but I really liked the members on my bus. Tho they don’t much, but they seem to be enjoying themselves. Stopped at Seremban for a while, then depart again. The 1st bus already arrived at Times Square earlier, since the MMU bus didn’t stop and was speeding so fast. My bus arrived last. Haha, like usual. We arrived at Time Square around 11.20am.

This is the most boring part of the trip. Why ? Because I wasn’t looking forward to Times Square, since I don’t have anything to buy / see. With Lynn, Shafik and Hsia-Liang not joining us this year, it makes it even boring for me at Times Square. This is the first time that I didn’t join Aizat, because I couldn’t find him, as well as the rest of the EMiNA highcom. I decided to leave them be, since they might already be far away, and enjoying themselves. Call them ? My credit is reserved to call the members on the bus. I decided to spend my time at Times Square with Adib, along with Kamel who we meet up with later.

So, what did we do ? We around looking for a place to eat, which was Chicken Rice shop, talk for 45 mins, went to pray, then to lowyat, Adib bought some DVD’s, went back to Times Square and lepak at StarBucks until the gathering time. How lame ! Yes, like I said, I wasn’t looking forward to Times Square, so it didn’t matter. Oh, the shocker during Times Square was seeing Benne ! XD Actually, I couldn’t identify that it was Benne. Me and Benne shared a 10 seconds moment of silence before we both go “Benne ?” “Khurshid ?”, then shouted like mad. Haha, he’s KIWI hair now !! XD It was just so funny and happy to see him. Pushed off from Times Square at 4.30pm to Shah Alam.

We arrived around 5.15pm at the Stadium, and my God it was damn hot ! As I went I, I got the fan as usual. Saw one of the EMiNA ex-GACC committee. Was really happy to see him, don’t remember the name. >_< It was still the same thing as I went inside the stadium, similar to previous years. During this time, I went to look for my friends in EMiNA Cyber. Meet up with Nikki, Kurogane, Shafik and Aizat1900. I was great to see them. Spent most of my time hunting down my friends as well as buying food. Oh, did I mention I spend RM100 on the food there. ?

Basically it this years Bon Odori is the same as previous years. Girls in Yukata, check. Stall's selling food with killer price, check. The same music and drums, check. Slutty girls, check. Cosplayers, check ( tho I didn't see them, thank God. Worst of all, its all bunch of guys !). The only new thing to me is seeing a bunch of school kids without guardians wearing goth ! Not only they looked ugly, but they're annoying ! =_=''

Oh ? Girls in Yukata hunt ? Did I do it this time ? Nope I didn't, and I'm glad I didn't. It would probally spoil my whole mood in the end if I did. Why I decide not to do it ? Because I grew tired of previous years experience. You approach them, and they play very hard to get. The little kid's were very sporting, but the young and older ones are annoying. I think had enough of taking pictures with girls in Yukata. Besides, its hard to differentiate between Japanese and Chinese. Also, to me, girls in Yukata is already a common thing. So, I decided not to take pictures with those who played very hard to get with. I'm glad I did it.

Since this is my last year, I decided to join the dance, tho I hate dancing. I joined the 3rd and last dance. It was really fun being in the wave of people and dancing along with them. Oh, during the break for the last dance, I met up with Xanseviera, a CF doujin artist.

It was my first time meeting up with her. Really enjoyed it, altho it was short. Me, Wilson, Kelvin, Yakob, Nikki, Kurogane, and Xan went for the last dance, which was great. ^^ During this dance, I saw Adib, and I was like oh crap, I forgot !! Damn, felt a bit guilty during the dance, because he end up taking care of the bags where’s he want to dance as well. >_< Sorry man....T___T After the show ended, we bid farewell to each other, and procced to gather at the bus. This was the most tense part for me, because during this time, my phone battery died, and the line here was terrible. I couldn't send SMS or call anyone. I think this happens to only Digi users. Anyway, with all the hassle, I'm glad that we still manage to push off at 10pm.

Stopped at Dengkil, then all the way to Melaka. Oh, almost forgot, my bus could arrived earlier, but the bus driver had to stop to fill in fuel. So, I end up arriving around 12.15am. We meet up wtih Lynn when I arrived. Really nice to see her again. =) Couldn't chat long with her, since she had to send the the girls back home, so only could talk to her for a few seconds, gave her present, while she gave mine. She then went home, so I went to send some stuffs to Wilson's house, dropped Zhi Kang at his house and procced to RTM to eat supper with the rest. After that, I went back home and ZZZzzz all the way.

I end up using this. Yes, laugh all you want guys…~_~ Well, I just hope it doesn’t become a bad lucky charm since’s its HIM there. =____='’
